2014 Honda Accord Sport - Bluetooth issue I contacted Julie Felix (sales person who sold me a 2014 Honda Accord Sport) after I found the Bluetooth in my car was not working as expected. I fou I contacted Julie Felix (sales person who sold me a 2014 Honda Accord Sport) after I found the Bluetooth in my car was not working as expected. I found the Bluetooth was crackling, hard for people to hear, and would cut in and out. Julie asked me to drop by the dealership when I had a moment so she could make sure the phone was paired properly and nothing was impeding the function. She was very professional and diligent when I stopped by. She had me call her phone from the car so she could hear how the Bluetooth was functioning. She also brought out a Honda service person who listened to the reception. Julie helped me schedule an appointment for the very next day where the car was evaluated and the microphone was replaced. Sales people like Julie Felix are why customers return time and time again to Duncan's Hokie Honda. She truly cares about the people she sells cars too and you can tell by her professionalism.
