Honda CRV with an AC issue close to being out of warranty Experience was wonderful. My AC had gone "south" and the mileage and the warranty was really close to running out. 100% Honda and 100% Duncan Hokie Experience was wonderful. When driving to Christiansburg, I was "pretty uptight" as to what I would run into. Truthfully, everybody honored what was guaranteed and did so in a very positive manner. Install 2006 Honda Odyssey Navigation DVD/Nitrofil Air I had B5 Service done on my 2006 Honda Odyssey on 5/1/2014. The service was excellent. The Service Advisor recommended putting NitroFil air in my tire I had B5 Service done on my 2006 Honda Odyssey on 5/1/2014. The service was excellent. The Service Advisor recommended putting NitroFil air in my tires because it would increase my fuel economy and tire life. I told him I would think about it. I knew I would be coming back to have my 2014 Navigation DVD installed when it arrived in the mail from Honda. I researched the advantages/disadvantages of having Nitrofil in my tires and everything I read confirmed the Service Advisor's recommendation. When I returned to Duncan's Hokie Honda on 5/23/2014 to have my 2014 Navigation DVD installed, I also had Nitrofil put in my tires. While there, the Service Manager demonstrated how "customer friendly" his Service Facility is. I asked him about the tire pressure in my Nitrofil tires. He explained to my satisfaction why the tire PSI was at that level. I also mentioned to him that one of the side window shades had popped loose in my Odyssey. Without hesitation, he took my Odyssey back to the Maintenance Bay and reattached the side window shade. It is because of this kind of customer service that I gave Honda's Hokie Honda an "Excellent (great) Rating". They have fixed every problem I have brought to them including the "hard to fix" "Judder" problem. I no longer have my front tires vibrate like they are "unbalanced" or that "eerie squeal" when I apply my brakes. Finally, there is a Honda Dealership closer to me than Duncan's Hokie Honda. I have opted to travel the extra distance to Duncan's Hokie Honda because their pricing is competitive, I get exceptional customer service, and they have resolved all the maintenance problems on my Odyssey to my satisfaction. More

Great car purchasing experience of a Honda Pilot The car sales man, Michael, was very courteous and explained everything very well. My wife and I are both suffering from concussions from our auto ac The car sales man, Michael, was very courteous and explained everything very well. My wife and I are both suffering from concussions from our auto accident so we had to keep asking questions repeatedly. Michael had no problem answering and re-answering the same questions a few minutes later. He made sure we understood the answer to the questions we were asking. He explained the functionality of the car and all of the "bells and whistles" on it. He also extended the offer if we have any questions in the future or need anything to be gone over again he would be happy to do it. He had the car filled with a full tank of gas and had it detailed for us. There was a small issue with the pin striping when we first saw the car and he got that taken care of before we came to purchase the car. We thoroughly enjoyed this purchasing experience. Michael was awesome and so was his manager, I think his name was Chris and the finance person was great too, (sorry I forgot her name). I will recommend Duncan's Hokie Honda to everyone. Perfect Help I recently finalized a long and agonizing bankruptcy process. I had called over 20 car dealerships in the Roanoke/Christiansburg area in hopes to find I recently finalized a long and agonizing bankruptcy process. I had called over 20 car dealerships in the Roanoke/Christiansburg area in hopes to find someone who would listen to my situation and help me understand what the potential of financing would look like. Typically, I was told that “I would just need to come in and fill out an application.” I also drove through several car lots where I felt as though the sales people were pushy as made me feel uncomfortable. I called Duncan Hokie Honda on Friday, 4/25. I spoke to Michael Procaccio. Instantly, I felt at ease. He shared with me that he had recently worked with a couple that was in a very similar situation as me. Although he could not make an immediate promise to be able to finance, he gave me confidence and walked me through exactly what he would need from me. I submitted all of my information and within 10-15 minutes, I received a call back that I was approved. I told him the car I was interested in and we set up a time for later in the day to come see it. When I got there he had the car pulled up and ready to be seen. He was kind, understanding, patient and genuine from start to finish. It’s not often that I come across sales people like Michael. In a highly competitive industry, I imagine finding individuals like Michael is challenging. He was not pushy. He did not hide anything from me. There were no surprises. He truly made this experience as seamless as I could have ever imagined. I work for the 3rd largest employer in Roanoke, VA and I promise that I will spread the word for Duncan Hokie Honda and highly recommend Michael to anyone who is searching for a vehicle.
