Seth met us and immediately we felt welcome and respected. He was anxious to help us learn about the CRV and showed us several different styles never pushing one or the other. I like not feeling pressured. Knowing the reputation of Honda, but never owning one, we decided to make the purchase. It was time for the dealership to close but no one made us feel that they were in a hurry to leave. The vehicle was cleaned up, we toured the service department and was instructed on how to prepare for future service. The paperwork was handled quickly and smoothly with Paula. Seth programmed my phone to the vehicle and reviewed the features with us. We left feeling that we made a good purchase from teh right dealer. Seth stayed in contact with me to answer any questions I might have had and offered his assistance if something did come up. GREAT JOB! I had a time constraint- I needed to buy a car within four days before moving to a new city, and Pam made sure I got my dream car. She helped negotiate a trade for my Honda Fit in the color I wanted from another dealer and had it delivered to Hokie Honda by the next day! She even helped me get floor mats ordered and picked up on my way to move to Washington DC.
