I read his name badge, my husband and I realized that Sidney was a someone we knew from our high school days. I found something that I liked, but could not make up my mind. Sidney understood, and let us know that he would be happy to help us any way he could. A few weeks later, we came back, as soon as we drove on the lot, I found another vehicle I wanted. We ask for Sidney, and he walked us through all the paper work. The thing I admired the most was he took time to show me how to work all the extras in the car. He is very pleasant and easy to talk too. He takes his time and explains the process. He wasn't pushy and was very truthful. He made us very comfortable and we would deal with him again. Best Dealership in Christiansburg!! Duncan Hokie Honda I found the Ford Edge I was looking for at Duncan Hokie Honda. I filled out an online interest form at carguru.com. I received a prompt email from Mik I found the Ford Edge I was looking for at Duncan Hokie Honda. I filled out an online interest form at carguru.com. I received a prompt email from Mike Procaccio filling me in on all of the Edge's features. He also let me know what my purchase options were. I filled out an online application to obtain financing. There was no pressure whatsoever. He and I exchanged a few emails, spoke on the phone a time or two, and I drove thirty minutes away to test drive the Edge. I kept it overnight and returned the next day to sign all of the necessary paperwork to complete the purchase. The warranty offered on my Preowned Ford is unbeatable! 100,000 miles/10 years, not including the present mileage. The staff there is courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this car dealership and Michael Procaccio. More
