I have purchased a total of 11 vehicles in my life and this deal was the best. I am a seasoned car buyer and I don't have time to play the "let me talk to my manager" game. My salesman, Mike Procaccio, gave me an upfront price (thousands of dollars less than the other dealers in Maryland) for the vehicle that no dealer in my area could match. I called four dealers in Maryland and they all wanted me to come in so that they could play the "let me talk to my manager" game. I told them you call me back when you have a price for me. Not one did, and so I went on a 3 hour drive to pick up my new car with 2 miles on it. This dealer even though I was pre-approved for financing, got a better rate and worked with me with regard to down payment options. I would say this should be the first and only place you should go to purchase your next new vehicle. They also include a 10 year/ 200,000 mile warranty that others dealers never offered me. I looked at the ratings and reviews for this vehicle and liked it and the price, mileage, mgp, and condition of this particular vehicle met my criteria and seemed to be a perfect fit for me. The next day a co-worker recommended I speak to Julie Felix so I first contacted her by email and inquired about this vehicle. I went to the dealership that same day after work and went home with it the next morning. I camped in it the first night then took a road trip for the next three days. I absolutely love my RAV4 and am very pleased at how quickly the process was and the friendliness of all the staff. The only reason I didn't take the car home with me Friday night was that I needed two credit unions that wanted my business to come to the lowest possible percentage and I don't mind waiting a few more hours for a better payment.
