She was easy to work with because she listened to my car wants and needs and helped me find a vehicle that fit the bill. She answered all of my questions and found the answers if she wasn't sure. In addition to Pam, I found the entire group of folks I encountered as I moved through the process to be friendly and helpful. I actually enjoyed the car-buying experience! This is my second car from the Duncan Hokie/Hyundai dealerships (they are side-by-side and work together). Two of the reasons I shopped at Duncan's is because of their fantastic warranty and their outstanding service department. I have had a great experience with the service department over the past 8 years and expect that to continue with my new Honda. This was hands down the easiest pruchase I have ever made and I have never felt so good about a buying experience. It was the most upfront and fair process I have ever been through; no secret "manager meetings", no hiding costs by only showing you payment options. Just up front pricing, that can't be touched by any other dealer in a 200 mile radius and a written guarantee proving they stand behind there product in the form of an insane warranty offered at no cost to you. I'll never buy a vehicle anywhere else. If they don't have what I want I'll wait until they do. Mike Procaccio was outstanding. I had a really stressful and aggravating experience with another Duncan dealership earlier in the day and was very rude to Mike when I first arrived. But, he took it in stride and assured me that Duncan Honda was in a class all alone and that if I'd give him a chance, he'd prove it to me. He certainly made good on that promise. Matt Hally, used car manager, gave me a great price on my trade through the most transparent process I had ever seen. Paula Best, finance, was extremely wonderful to work with as well. Amazing. I didn't know dealerships like this existed anymore. More
