So we gave it up. Then we went to the Duncan. They really offer a fair price as a dealer of HONDA ACCORD. Michael replied to us very fast, and explained everything clearly. 15K is quite a lot for our family. And we really needed some time to think about it. Michael gave us enough space to consider it, which is really nice for us! sometimes it is just a little bit awkward try to tell the salesman to wait several minutes, at least for me. Did take a quite long time to draw information from the bank if you're gonna do the financing. Contact them earlier online! It only took us around 2 hours for everything. We drove back in a new car! And we really love it! The best part is that Michael even help us contact the insurance company! That really saved us quite a lot time! Thank him so much! Two days later I received the info I requested and made arrangements to view the vehicle on a Friday, the only day that I have been off for the last 15 weeks. Wife and I left Friday morning to be at the dealership by our scheduled appointment time. Arrived at the dealership a few minutes early for our appointment. We went into the showroom and ask for our salesperson only to find out that they were not there today. WTH is up with this? If this is how you treat your customers by not telling them you aren't going to be there so they can make other arrangements then I will take my business elsewhere. The wife and I went down the street and purchased a Toyota Highlander at Shelor Toyota. The only reason I gave 1 star was we were greeted promptly and the facilities were nice.
