Our 1993 Ford Explorer was a at Duncan Ford for service. It was a four days before we were leaving on a 7 week road trip through Canada and the states. The car had been shaking and the problem needed solving before we left. It was a long four days but they could not figure out what was wrong with the car. Over the weekend, we brought it back home so we could pack our stuff into the roof Thule suitcase. Then we returned the car so they could continue to investigate the problem. Monday: no luck, Tuesday we were supposed to leave and drive to Chicago to begin our adventure. All day Tuesday I was on the phone with rental agencies, Duncan Ford, specifically Steve Price, to try and find a solution. No rental place had a car large enough for our stuff, 2 kids and 2 big dogs and for seven weeks, it would cost a fortune! Steve Price was speaking with the service department on and off and even offered to drive me somewhere to pick up a rental if needed. (Aside note: through all of this my husband was in New Mexico meeting us in Chicago). By 6 pm that night, I decided my only option was to buy a new car. Steve Price, waits for me to arrive, has a car lined up, we go for a test drive and he arranges everything for a quick and on the spot sale. I purchased a 2010 Explorer. The finance person stayed late also to finalize the sale. Then I had to unpack the Thule suitcase and move it to the new car and repackage it. Steve Price went above and beyond the call of duty by doing most of it himself. We unloaded the suitcase keeping it laid out the way it was (it takes a lot to pack 7 weeks of stuff into that, as the dogs take up the inside!!!). The Steve and mother worker moved the suitcase to the new car and Steve packed it all back in again! By 10pm, I was on my way with a new car heading home to pick up my children and dogs and drive through the night to Chicago to get there in time to go to an afternoon Cubs game at Wrigley Field. If it wasn't for Steve Price going above and beyond, our great adventure would never have gotten off the ground or would have been delayed even further. We owe him a great debt! More

We set out to buy a new car last year, the best deal we could find. We started in Giles county, but couldn't make a deal. We ended up at Duncan Ford in C'burg, didn't find any car, or price we liked. We starting talking to Steve Price, sales person, and told him the car we were looking for, as well as the price range, which he didn't find to far out of their range It didn't take Steve long to show us a Ford Fusion, which we drove and like very much. I have dealt with a lot of dealers in C,burg, B'burg, Roanoke, and Giles Co. This was the first time that I felt at ease with a salesperson. We told Steve we had one more stop, I think knowing full well that we were going to come back to him. We were back within a half hour, and closed the deal. We have has a least twenty cars thru the years, and this is the first time I didn't mind all the sales pitches you usually get. I know now where our next car will come from, and the salesperson we will want to deal with. Steve Price is a great asset to Duncan Ford B'burg. More

The 2014 Mazda 6 is my 4th Mazda purchased at Duncan. My first was a 1990 626 which I kept for 10 years before giving it to my son. In August of 2013 I bought the 2014 Mazda 6 so I am once again the proud owner of 2 Mazdas. I kept going back to Duncan because I always feel that I'm treated fairly both by the sales department, especially Mike Barnett, and by the service department. I highly recommend Duncan to anyone who is in the market of a new vehicle. More

I was welcomed to Duncan by many people.
