Duncan gave me $1000 more than the max KBB value of my trade in, for a newer vehicle that was already very reasonably priced. I pulled into the lot, test drove the new vehicle, financed it, and was on my way home in just a little over 2 hours. Shawn in finance was also very helpful and friendly, even though I was keeping him at work late on a holiday weekend.
