I am a first time buyer and just moved from out of state so there were several complications with registering a car in a new state-- needed to get in I am a first time buyer and just moved from out of state so there were several complications with registering a car in a new state-- needed to get insurance transferred over, new license etc.. I also had lost the title to the car I was trading in. Overall, the folks at Duncan Ford were really helpful with figuring this all out and getting me the financing rate that I wanted! More

Horrible, unfriendly service, not knowledgeable , The service I received was horrible. The sales person was not knowledgable about the cars we interested in . We waited over 30 minutes for our sales person to go bring the vehicle around for us to look at . we didn't know our sales persons name until we signed the paperwork. The facility was not the cleanest and it had a smell of stale cigarette smoke . After purchasing my vehicle we received only one key . The sales person yet to mention there was only one key . After being told that the vehicle was stated inspected there we still had to stop on the way home to purchase a window wiper for the back window because there was not any on it . We are still waiting on our call for items promised to be fixed . This was my first and last visit to your dealership. More

Best Goof I Ever Made I have been interested in trading my 2012 Camry for a different vehicle but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. As a previous Mazda owner, my interest I have been interested in trading my 2012 Camry for a different vehicle but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. As a previous Mazda owner, my interest was peaked by the 2016 Mazda CX5 ,but I wasn't sure what I really wanted. I went on line to request names of dealerships for several makes/models of new cars and received several replies. Then I decided I needed to physically look at the vehicles so planned a little "road trip just to look". The day of my outing I got an email from a Mazda agent so I thought I'd look him up when I got to the dealership. Yeah - funny thing - there are 2 Mazda dealerships in Blacksburg and I went to the other one. Well I was there so might just as well "look". Wanda and Matt were so friendly and easy going. They showed me new vehicles and did some calculations for me as well as offered me a great trade in. I then went and talked to Justin. Outcome: yep - I did - I left there with a new 2016 CX5 and I'm loving it. So glad to have a Mazda again. Going to the "wrong" dealership was the best mistake I ever made!!! More
