New truck purchase I purchased my new F150 from Duncan because I found Steve Price to be knowledgeable, straightforward and thorough. During the process I negotiated with several dealers and frankly I decided to order from another one. I actually went deposit in hand to finalize the order but found that there was an option missing on their paperwork that was on the list I had provided to them. I was told that since it was a weekend the error couldn't be corrected that day. I went on to Duncan where the order was handled carefully, professionally and with no missteps. I have to say that I was disappointed not to get the 2015 vehicle I ordered but to have to wait until 2016. I do not blame Duncan but I do think Ford should have provided some explanation however I am happy with the truck since, as Steve said, it's one of a kind and what I wanted. More

Both times we changed our minds to an option he showed. He could have done the easy sell and sold us the first thing we saw but instead he still put the work into making sure that we would be happy in the long run (and we are). There is a reason why we drive past 3 Ford dealerships to purchase from Duncan; its worth it. More

Not at Duncan Ford in Blacksburg. Everyone was so nice, and Steve Akers ended up being our point of contact from start to finish. They gave me an exceedingly generous amount for my 23-year-old Ford SUV, which is very respectful and appreciated, and there was no upselling nonsense or reams of paperwork. The final deal person was equally straightforward and kept things simple. What a pleasurable driving experience, from Joanne at reception taking our inquiry from a cars.com listing, to the salesperson and the final paperwork person. I appreciate their not trying to hassle us into rushing our decision. Steve Akers was respectful, kind, and very helpful. Buying was quick, but we were missing a manual and accessory part when we went to pick it up and also they had to recode the door code access for us, which is why we had to wait (it was a Saturday), but we did get things squared away, with more things being sent to us at home. I will definitely go there again when I am ready for another vehicle. I just wish they were not an hour away from where we live! More
