Took 3 hours and my truck came back with oily hadprints! I took my 2018 3500 HD Denali DRW in for the “complimentary” oil change. I also asked for the fuel filter to be changed. When I made the appointment I took my 2018 3500 HD Denali DRW in for the “complimentary” oil change. I also asked for the fuel filter to be changed. When I made the appointment, I was told I would be out in under an hour. I agreed and made an 8:30 am appointment. When I dropped my truck off, it was about 8:15. So far, so good. Time passes...and passes. At 10:00 I told them I had another appointment to get to and when would my truck be ready. I was told “soon”. At a few minutes after 11, my truck was ready. Since I was late, I paid and left. Later in the day, I noticed an oily handprint on the drivers side running board. This led me to look closer and I saw oily prints on the drivers door handle, the paint, the drivers door panel and steering wheel. Since I was headed out for a month long trip with my RV, I just cleaned it as best I could and went on my way. Then, I checked the fuel filter service indicator and saw it had not been reset. This led m to wonder if the work had actually been done (this was the only part I actually paid for). In short, over time, and clearly sloppy work. I’ll never be back. More

I called the service department at Dublin Buick GMC and explained that the oil change was due and that I would appreciate it if it could bee accommodated with minimum impact on my trip. The girl on the phone asked me what would br good for me and offered me a slot in my time frame. The service was begun as soon as air arrived and finished on time. No impact on my trip. Great job! Listened to what I was looking for and met my needs I do recommend this dealership. My first visit was spent with Alex and he showed me the different trim levels of the 2019 Traverse so I could figure o I do recommend this dealership. My first visit was spent with Alex and he showed me the different trim levels of the 2019 Traverse so I could figure out which trim had the amenities my wife wanted. My second visit was with Josh and he had my wife test drive an AWD Traverse 3LT because it had everything we wanted. As we expected, the correct monthly payment and overall price of the car could not be agreed upon during that visit. As I shopped around and began working deals with other dealerships, Alex diligently tried to help with the numbers. I know that I was not the easiest customer because we also wanted to trade in a vehicle that we were upside down on, but I have purchased many cars and knew the dealership would make money regardless. We were very close to the numbers I wanted but then I made a deal with another dealership. Alex went to work again and got me the same deal but his vehicle was better because it had the black accent package. We went to the dealership one last time to finalize it and we have been thoroughly enjoying our Traverse since! More
