Want to give higher rating but cannot Purchased New Chevy Truck 2018 in march. First year excellent, second year April 2019 the transmission blew out. It was during the initial discussion with my service advisor that the computer showed i only had coverage for 60k miles. However i went home to pull my original sales contract and it states unlimited miles. I took up this issue with raul perez in finance and he did this; he never verified what i signed for in my contract, he simply tried to sell me an add on policy for $5730.00 with 10% down, 288.00 per month for another 18 months on top of my existing truck payment. Not having my paperwork with me i waited on making a decision. I called raul perez back to ask questions about what he quoted me . He attempted to return my call one time..since then he will not answer or return my calls. Completely unprofessional attitude, only wants money for his pocket not thinking of the customer and trying to sell me something i already paid for. This issue needs to be resolved by Dublin Chevrolet as soon as possible by anyone other than mr.perez. i would appreciate to be contacted. More

I had an oil change. The car wash is free but should at least look like it was washed. It was terrible looked like not even washed. Excellence in customer service I've been having my car serviced at this location for approximately 7 years and during that time I've seen Service advisors come and go. I've dealt with some good, fair and a couple just horrible. However during this time Ernie Avalos has remained a constant. He is always patient,polite, accommodating in every way. He ALWAYS represent the dealership in an excellent manner. Hopefully his supervisor know what an asset Ernie is to the business. I found the other advisor that day to be nice .
