Wonderfully efficient and consistent! I have gotten two cars from Doxon, and will most likely be a customer for life! I wait while my service is done. Change in the way payment is made is convoluted. Take payment at the service desk. I had to hunt down where to pay. Waited ten minutes for receptionist to get off phone with anoter customer. Service $$$ vs. Customer Service Came in for scheduled oil change, declined a tire rotation for extra charge. Long Long Long Wait times. Schedule an oil change and expect to wait a couple hours. I like them for regular services as I can drop off my truck and get a loaner car. However for a small services like oil changes where you should just be in an out quickly they never are quick. I always schedule and appointment even so from the time I get there to the time I leave it's never less than 2 hours. Typically it's over an hour before they even take your car back. So from now on my cars are going elsewhere for oil changes and I'll just have them do the big services where waiting isn't an issue. More
