CROOKS!!! BAIT AND SWITCH! I saw an ad online with full vehicle description, VIN number and price. I advised the salesperson I lived 1:45 minutes away and wanted to assure everything was set with the vehicle and I was assured it was. I arrived at Doxon and took the vehicle for a test drive. The salesperson brought me back and wanted to do a credit check and start the paperwork. I suggested we discuss numbers first because I didn’t want a credit check ran before we come to an agreement on the final sales price. I was advised I could make an offer when they returned. Upon return, we discussed a price and they looked shocked. The salesperson wanted to know “where I got those numbers from”? I showed them the online price. The salesperson left and after a few minutes came back and said the price was supposed to be $6,000 more than what they listed online but they could give me the “whosale price”. At that point I talked to the manager about their bait and switch scheme to which he denied any culpability and blamed internet error. After having spent 3 1/2 hours driving round trip only to be played like this didn’t sit well. This bait and switch scheme has been reported to the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and the BBB. I will update this review based on their response. I would NOT recommend dealing with Doxon Toyota. More
How well does Toyota know the Sienna Van? I have my Sienna van purchased in 2008 Auburn Doxon with the life time oil change package. So far the oil change package is good. But last two servi I have my Sienna van purchased in 2008 Auburn Doxon with the life time oil change package. So far the oil change package is good. But last two service experiences were not satisfied. Here is the story: the tire pressure sensor light is flashing on the dashboard for 9 months now. At the time the sensor light is on, I called Doxon and asked their staff. She told me it was only the tire pressure sensor, maybe one or more tires pressure are low, I went to the gas station check and make sure all tire pressure were the same. But the sensor light is still on. During the oil change at Doxon, the service staff told me the sienna is old so the sensor is broken. It would cost $129.99 diagnosis fee to find out which sensor needs to be changed. I did not do it because the service staff told me as long as I keep checking the tire pressure, the van should be fine. later that same week, I drove the van to Canada over the weekend, my friend told me he can check in 10 minutes and told me which sensor is broken. I do not know anything about mechanics. All I saw he carried the keyboard type machine and make two rounds of my van. and then he told me the sensor under the driver seat is broken, the other 3 are good. I was shocked how he did it. At least he saved me $130. I scheduled an appointment in Doxon to switch the broken sensor cost me $399.37. The sensor under the driver was broken. After putting the new sensor in, the light on the dashboard was still on. The Doxon service staff told me again it costs me $159.99 plus tax to diagnosis the problem. I told the service staff fine charge me and I just want the problem to be fixed. After 2 hours, the service staff came and told me the service team did not find out what happened to the sensor light and do not know what was wrong. It would cost me more to continue doing the diagnosis. My wife and I were very upset and asked " HOW COULD YOUR SERVICE TEAM NOT KNOWING THE SIENNA VAN, TOYOTA MAKES THEM" We were beyond upset and left. The broken sensor were switched, but the dashboard light is still on. Problem never solve after paying. As Fall/Winter comes, I went to Costco to replace all my tires last month, of course, I have checked the tire pressure frequently knowing the van's issue. On Tuesday October 31st for oil change appointment, I mentioned to the service staff about the sensor light issue. All my answer is the same service team diagnosis the sensor needs more time diagnosis the problem. After oil change plus 30 point check and I paid $9.95 for rotating the tires. I was very caution and particular asked the staff make sure all tires pressure are good because my van has this issue. The service staff told me everything is fine and ready to go. Monday November 6th, my wife came home and told me my sienna van has flat tire. I thought maybe the nail poke the tire. After I put the spare tire on, I checked the flat tire over and over. There are no scratch and no nail. I took the Sienna to the Costco where I purchased the new tires from. The staff told me the tire is flat because the pressure is low and cost that tire leak the air. The Costco staff also told me it is repaired for free because it's still under warranty. I spent the whole afternoon shopping in Costco. Did Doxon service staff complete the so-call 30 points check??? HERE IS MY QUESTIONS?---SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I PAID THE DIAGNOSIS FEE. I PAID THE PARTS AND LABOR TO CHANGE THE BROKEN SENSOR. BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. I thought Toyota brand logo is the symbol of representing the good quality car and service team. I am definitely wrong after the last two poor service experiences. Poor Customer Service I have purchased two Prius' from Doxon and had them do all the servicing. Recently I set up an appointment on line and in the comments section asked to be told in advance what the cost would be. I never heard back. I don't care how good the actual service work is when the customer service is so poor. More
Oil in skid pan overlooked Doxon is usually great on service calls. However, this last visit for an oil change resulted in some oil drips when I got home. Looked under the hood and discovered oil had dripped into the skid pan on my Tacoma during the change and had been overlooked by the tech. No harm done, but a bit of a mess on the garage floor and some concern until I located the source of the drips. The online scheduling program also remains awkward to use. I used it twice to schedule my last oil changes and found out when I got there that I was not on the schedule even though it appeared I had done everything right on the scheduling program. Doxon graciously accommodated me both times, but online scheduling software needs improvement. I will definitely just call next time. That always works. These are just minor concerns, but worth Doxon looking into. I will continue to rely upon them for my service needs. More

Always feel like I know what's happening. Got checked in and then was able to get some work done in their quiet room utilizing one of their desktop computers. Super appreciate that they have that available to their customers along with free soda, water and cookies! Oil change was done, car washed and cleaned out (YAY) and was out in the time they said it'd take. I'll be back! More
