Disappointment again. Oil change took over 2 hours. I missed a follow up appointment due to them telling me it would only be an hour. Never get a complimentary car wash Oil change took over 2 hours. Left hard water marks all over and had to get re-washed again. Looked worse than before it went in. Again third time. I even asked them to dry, but third time, Shame on me Lesson learned I will never be back! More

Rude Service Manager Doxon Toyota is the worst place to get your car serviced. We bought our vehicle from them but have had so many problems with the Service Center. Now when we take our car in they are extremely rude and have profiled us. George the Service manager is the worst. He needs to get fired. He is a jerk and was so rude to us because we told him what is staff had done. He tried to cover it up by saying it is wear and tear. His comment "We are not perfect and make mistakes was full of crap". They broke something and refuse to fix it. GEORGE - OWN YOUR MISTAKE and stop trying to cover it up. Burien Toyota is the best. They have really good service and its so worth it. Really don't mind spending money and getting good service. More
