This was not the best experience for me at Douglas, where I have been a customer for many years. My car needed a new fuel pump. I really needed a loaner, but there were none available. The process took longe I have been a customer for many years. My car needed a new fuel pump. I really needed a loaner, but there were none available. The process took longer than anticipated. I had also discussed with Brian a required oil change and was told it would be done along with checking everything out. The oil change was not done, and I'm assuming nothing else was checked out.
