I have a 2010 passat with dsg. Around 26k miles I noticed that the car shifts rough and jerks when shifting. This behaviour progressed pretty fast, and by 28.5k miles I took my car for check up. Now rough shifting is completely gone and the car operates by design. All of the work and parts were covered by cpo warranty. More

I had a great experience when I brought my car in on Saturday. It was an emergency visit because my car battery died the day before. I didn’t have an appointment and I knew the service department wa Saturday. It was an emergency visit because my car battery died the day before. I didn’t have an appointment and I knew the service department was slammed. I spoke to the Service Department receptionist and advised her of my situation. She couldn’t guarantee how long the appointment would take but assured me that I could stop by to get my car issue taken care of. When I came in for service Danny Toledo was appointed my service rep. He was very nice, knowledgeable and reassuring. He said that the battery issue wouldn’t be a problem and that I could expect the car to ready in about an hour and a half. True to his word I was able to pick up my car an hour and a half later. I received great service and a great price. Can’t ask for more than that. More
