Peter was the person that attended me as I got there, informed me about the 40,000 miles service, how much it would cost, which I did on the spot, not needing an appointment as before, and, actually cost a bit less. He also explained me that I had bought a Certified Pre Owned, covered under warranty until July 2015 or 60,000 miles, which is great news. When it comes to price I think most VW owners know you're going to be paying a lot more than you'd like but at Esserman they try to work with you on the price to make sure you can get the best possible care for your vehicle. My vehicle was not going to be ready for pick up until the next day and Bismark even went out of his way to try and give me a ride home which I've never experienced at any dealership!!!
