When it comes to price I think most VW owners know you're going to be paying a lot more than you'd like but at Esserman they try to work with you on the price to make sure you can get the best possible care for your vehicle. My vehicle was not going to be ready for pick up until the next day and Bismark even went out of his way to try and give me a ride home which I've never experienced at any dealership!!!
