I recently had my car serviced at this dealer. This was my second time having my car serviced for routine maintenance and as usual, Bismark's customer service was excellent. He was very attentive and very professional and even though they seemed to be pretty busy that day, he and the staff made it possible for me to be in and out in about an hour. The service on my car was great. I bought my a little less than a year ago and it is still running like new. Also, my sales consultant Noel Perez, as usual, took the time to come out and greet me and ask how I was doing. I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

I went in ready to lease or buy a new Eos for my girlfriend. We were planning on walking out with a finished deal, but salesman Horacio Terazghi was so rude, that we walked out. He told us flat out he would not negotiate on any terms of the sale and told us to stop wasting his time. Honestly, that guy is a jerk and the manager should put him in his place because his terrible attitude cost the dealership a sale today. The funniest thing is that they don't have the car we want in the lot, it was going to have to be transferred in. Well guess what? We are going to go sign that deal somewhere else! Avoid working with Horacio, as he will not treat you well. I have had much more professional service at Deel and South Motors. More

Horrible salesman with a vary poor attitude.I have purchased 7 new cars over the years. Went into Esserman VW to purchase a car and was treated as if I was wasting their time. Four times Andres walked purchased 7 new cars over the years. Went into Esserman VW to purchase a car and was treated as if I was wasting their time. Four times Andres walked away to take phone calls to the point I just left VERY RUDE. Purchased my Touareg at another dealer in under 2 hours. Save yourself the aggravation if your looking for a VW and stay away from Esserman VW. More
