Omar Pinto, the sales consultant, greeted me very nicely and explained the car and the available discounts very throughly. He was clearly trying to give us as much discount as possible. This Kia dealer do not have any hidden costs as he showed me the excel workbook while working through the numbers. There was no going back and forth between the manager to get a better deal and no wasting time with pricing. Omar is a person to go to if you visit this dealershop. I am recommending him to all of my friends who are looking to purchase a Kia car! More

I have worked with Yousef on two new cars at this point. Both times, he has gone out of his way to serve us. He has searched for the right vehicle, helped with option selection, and saved us as much money Both times, he has gone out of his way to serve us. He has searched for the right vehicle, helped with option selection, and saved us as much money as possible. He is always available for questions and takes extra care and time to train us on new aspects of the car, including when we bring back for service and parts. Yousef's personal demeanor and product knowledge are the best we have seen, and we have now bought more than 20 vehicles during our lives. He is so courteous and dedicated to getting it right that it comes through in everything that he does. There is a real reason he is always one of the top sales people in the country for Volvo. Keep him!!! More

Shawn was VERY proactive and followed through on every commitment to contact me. We initially worked with Basir who was very nice and we were happy to deal with. The problem came when Joey got involved. I have never witnessed or heard of a worse car buying experience. We sat down with were happy to deal with. The problem came when Joey got involved. I have never witnessed or heard of a worse car buying experience. We sat down with him to go over price. We had it on paper. We spent 2 hours there while trying to keep our 2 year old occupied. AFTER we signed ALL the paperwork and the finance guy went to get a final signature from Joey, he raised the price $500 claiming we could not combine 2 rebates. That may be true, but why waste our time and theirs other than he thought he could get something out of us. He could have made this clear when we sat down to ensure we understood the price and finance rebates and rates. When we complained he could not have been ruder. Seems to me if even his finance guy had the wrong price there was something intentionally deceptive going on. More
My wife and I are expecting a child and wanted a relatively nice SUV at a reasonable price to start the family. We chose the 2013 Kia Sorento SX and worked with Sean Spicher, the salesman. The buy relatively nice SUV at a reasonable price to start the family. We chose the 2013 Kia Sorento SX and worked with Sean Spicher, the salesman. The buying (and trade-in) process was, from start to finish, awfully orchestrated and mixed with exceptionally rude customer service. The following mistakes were made on their part: they forgot to ask for our cash down payment before leaving the dealership. We had to remind them before we drove off because we didn't want to drive back and pay (we live ~40 miles away). Next, they forgot to ask for our title on our trade-in and let us drive off the lot. They made me send them the title through the mail at my cost. Next week or so passes by, they said they needed the security interest filing to sell my trade-in. Fine, so I drive down there and drop it off. I drove down because this process had now taken me to the point of our temp tags expiring and they wouldn't send the tags without the ability to sell my trade-in. They begrudgingly agree to give me $20 in gas and I get the tags for our new car. Again, a week or so later and they now need the power of attorney for transfer of a vehicle signed (we signed it at the dealership but they must have lost it). What is going on? This lack of organization is embarrassing! I can only hope I'm at the end of this process. Switching to customer service. Sean Spicher was as rude as I've ever seen a salesman. Only reason I dealt with him was because this was the only dealership which had the color of the Sorento my wife wanted. In dealing with Joey Brashears after the purchase, he couldn't have cared less about our aggravation in dealing with the DEALER mistakes. He even went so far as to say that if I understood vehicle transfer laws, I would have known to give them the title when selling my vehicle to them. Am I wrong in thinking that's not my responsibility? I realize that saying they were rude is subjective, but I'm 45 days out from the initial purchase and to still be aggravated at these guys is telling. With regard to the Sorento we really do enjoy the car although there is a slight rattle in the back. Nothing I can't fix (or the warranty, but yet another hassle), but it's just the point. In retrospect, while I really do enjoy the vehicle we purchased, I would have rather bought this vehicle in a different color from a different dealer than to have gone through the massive frustration and useless battles we've encountered with Joey, Sean, and the Tag/Title team at Don Beyer Kia. I would recommend avoiding this dealer like the plague. More
