Will has been wonderful to work with. He always calls when he says he will to let us know when the car is ready and goes through exactly what has been done and the cost. While we may pay slightly more for service going through a dealership, it is worth it to always be treated kindly, never questioned about the problems you are describing, and to always have a Volvo loaner vehicle to use while the car is being serviced. The $29.95 oil change coupons that they frequently have as a part of their e-newsletter are worth it and in that respect, their pricing is very competitive. More

A good example of their excellent customer care occurred in 2007, when the transmission on my XC90 died. The warranty had just expired, but Gene worked with Volvo Corp. and got the replacement transmission repaired at no cost to me (a $7,000 value!) I cannot recommend Don Beyer for all Volvo owner highly enough! More

Mr. Sladkin made the entire unfortunately experience of having my car in the shop for serveral days following an accident as simple as could be. In every instance of contact with this dealership, we have received nothing but exceptional service. This began with the sales process, car prep and customer care at the point of sale and continues as we follow our warranty schedule of services. The service representative we have used at Don Beyer is Eugene Sladko. Gene is exceptional and is representative of everyone we have dealt with at Beyer. He takes time to listen, make suggestions and assures understanding. His follow up is right on point. I trust these people explicity. Neither my wife nor I, have had the slightest problem with our vehicles, getting appointments scheduled as called for, or receiving our vehicles back ready for the road (as well as washed and cleaned each time - a nice perk). I would recommend DB and their staff, with a very high rating for their service department (Gene) to anyone. My wife's sister and her daughter as a reult, have also perchased KIAs (Seouls) and are also very happy. Bob More

I have been working with Don Beyer Service for 8 years now and have never been disappointed. I have 2 Volvos now and only take them to Volvo to maintain them. If I wait, the waiting area is clean, fresh coffee provided. My questions and concerns always addressed and answered. I appreciate that Volvo always wants to do its best for me. More
