The technician was extremely knowledgeable and the almost 2hour walk through was very detailed. Dodd RV is a family owned business which you can feel from the moment you step on the lot. If you are looking for flashy you'll pay more somewhere else. The dedication from the service and sales team is apparent when you start working with them. Jennifer's magic made the whole financing a piece of cake. We went RV'g 4 days after we took possession and our sales person (Robert) called us on our trip to make sure we did not have any problems. Who does that?? Dodd RV that's who!! More

**UPDATE** 25 May 2016 They are all very nice people and it is a great business. However they don't have near enough people working there. I purchased a loot model and it had some minor damage(as you would expect). They offered to fix everything I pointed out for free. I brought it in for one of the repairs and waited 7 days to eventually have to drive back there and pick it up with out the repair every being done. I told them I was leaving town in 8 days when I dropped it off and they said it will be done as early as tomorrow afternoon. Again, 7 days later it was still not done. You call the service department and you always get the same friendly women. She is the only one who works there and is impossible to reach and takes forever to call you back because of the high amount of work she does. Nothing against her. Dodd needs to realize they have grown in the decades they have been in business and need to grow accordingly. It is unfortunate customers have to suffer because they want to keep it a small family run business. **UPDATE** I have been contacted by DODD RV and they exceeded my expectaions of a solution. They contracted a Welder to come to my home and fix the camper free of charge. This changed my opinion of DODD. I was mostly annoyed at the fact that I have to pay to go threw the downtown tunnel again, which costs a pretty penny with a two axle camper in tow, as well as making the 50 minute drive. I will probably update again once the welder comes tomorrow morning to hopefully fix the problem. I am pleased with the response from DODD and their employees. Based on the above I have reevaluated DODD and gave them one more star then before the call. More

Once email service was resolved, Stacey called me explaining and directed me to lead technician Wilson, who was able to assist me in getting everything going in short order and also keeping me from having to bring RV into their shop. Wonderful, friendly RV Dealership I found the RV I had been searching for at Dodd RV. I had searched the internet for quite some time looking for my "dream" camper. I was pretty par I found the RV I had been searching for at Dodd RV. I had searched the internet for quite some time looking for my "dream" camper. I was pretty particular as far as make, model, year and even color options. I was having difficulty finding what I was looking for and was afraid I would have to settle for something else. but then lo and behold I found my perfect match on Dood RV's website. It took some planning to make the trip to Virginia since I'm from New Jersey but it was well woth it! The sales team was wonderful and friendly. Dood made the entire purchasing process quick and easy for us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

Robert Christian asked us what we were looking for and pointed us to the Rockwood ULTRA V. His relaxed manner and "no pressure" attitude allowed us to make our decision.
