We were looking shopping online for a half-ton towable with a small slide. We looked at Dood Rv's web site and found a Passport and we loveood d the floorplan. We called Christina and set up an appointment to view the Passport. The unit had a floorplan we really liked so we offered a price. At first we were not where we thought we should be but Jennifer worked with us and we came to an agreement. You can deal with Dood RV and we feel we were treated fairly. Christina was great to work with and helped us by getting Jennifer involved in the final pricing. Jennifer was great to us and we enjoyed working with her. There were several small things that we requested and Jennifer met our every request. Steve, our walk through Tech was great. Even though we have owned travel trailers in the past, he explained everything about the Passport. The Passport was used but Steve made sure that everything was clean and worked the way it was supossed to work. Dood even painted the hitch and jacks to make them look new even though we didn't request or expect it. That was a pleasant surprise. We have dealt with Dodd for the last 3 years. They have repaired our old Sunnybrooke as well as helped us purchase our used Terry travel trailer. After our first trip with our new travel trailer, we brought it in with a slight problem. They had it fixed within 30 minutes, and we were on our way again. Stacey has been very helpful in scheduling us as quickly as possible. Christina has worked with us for 2 years in trying to help us find just the right travel trailer. She has shown great patience and kept her friendly personality...even though I'm sure that she sometimes found us to be very trying. The people at Dodd's have always been very friendly and extremely helpful. We also appreciate the sessions they have on how to work with your trailer. We trust them with our travel trailer, and will contiue to have them work with our trailer. More

Dennis does an EXCELLENT job teaching classes on the different systems in your RV. He is very personable and patient with those attending the class. He doesn't just lecture.
