We bought the cheapest pop-up on the lot as-is, but they helped us get it hooked up to our truck and called to make sure we got home alright. I had been dealing with Dodd RV Parts department in Portsmouth for a couple of years. The staff was always helpful and friendly. When it was time to trade-in my trailer for a newer model, Christina was Portsmouth for a couple of years. The staff was always helpful and friendly. When it was time to trade-in my trailer for a newer model, Christina was very helpful and even stayed late one evening until so my wife who works later than I could come see the trailer I was interested in. On swap day, the service team (Steve and Wilson) ran into a few owner repair issues with my trade and we were able to resolve them with no issue. They were very talented and were very friendly. While I was inside signing the paperwork with Jennifer Dodd, who was also very friendly, my mother was waiting in the parts store chatting With Robyn and Wilson. Only later did I find out that Mom was hungry and that Robyn offered to take her to get some food and that Wilson gave her a breakfast sandwich that he had left over. That is the type of friendly atmosphere and service you receive at Dodd's in Portsmouth. I don't think anything can highlight it better than that. More

I came in Dodd's initially for service on an older RV because I had been given good recommendations from friends that have dealt with them and enjoyed the service they received, dealing with Stacy in Ser because I had been given good recommendations from friends that have dealt with them and enjoyed the service they received, dealing with Stacy in Service she was very nice and helpful to me. As I was about to leave I went over to talk to Christina about a possible trade in for buying a new RV, something smaller because mine was actually too big for my needs. She was great, showing me and telling me about different models, not pushy not annoying just very helpful and friendly like anyone would like when looking at purchase of this size. A customer is looking for lots of questions to be answered and to see lots of options etc and that is what she did!! Thank you. After finding the right RV for me she worked with Jennifer the GM to work me a better deal overall for a great RV. After doing my review homework on these models and manufacturers I feel they both did me well and their effort was much appreciated. I would recommend dealing with these two ladies anytime at Dodd's RV. When time came to pick up my RV I worked with Eddie and Steve with the walk through, hitch setup, mechanical and other technical questions and instructions. They were both just as great, very informative, very professional and puts you at ease to ask questions or comment on anything you may have, no one could asked for better. After the hitch/hook ups, instructional stuff was done and continued on to have the pleasure to meet Robyn in parts. Robyn is funny, I enjoyed talking with her and she made me laugh, just another very friendly person here at Dodd' RV in Portsmouth. She showed me some recommendations of supplies and importance's of them. If you were a person very new to RV's Robyn would point you in the right direction for needed equipage to get you off on the right foot. I have no doubt that if you are looking for a new or used RV, need service or need service advice you would be well to give Dodd's RV Portsmouth a call. All conversations I have had on the phone with them were just as friendly as I would expect to receive as if I had been there in person. I really did not see anything they could do better. I did find some minor cost savings in other places, but the many many extras Dodd's provided, including convenience, customer service by far outweighs a few penny's you think you might save on a sticker. I am a very cost saving type person and I know going to Dodd's here I saved a lot more than a few penny's. Thank you all so much for the professionalism, hard work and friendly helpful personnel from the top - down. I would definitely recommend you HIGHLY to everyone, thank you again! More
