It seams like none of them do much text book sales that most are used to like used car dealerships. They all pretty much let the RV's sell themselves, no one needs an RV I guess. You can't walk out of the dealership with an RV the same day it will take you a week or two for them to get it ready. That was new to me. If you are going to pick a dealership in the Hampton Roads area I would look for one that has been in business the longest, has the most resources, and gives fair prices. Dodds was our pick and we love our new 2012 Puma we were lucky to find the one we wanted there. More

New Trailer built to suite. Christina Bowman was a big help, assisting & directing my wife and I to a Trailer that fits us. I found the Manufacture ( Rockwood ) a little lax in commutations as of delivery date, that be came somewhat of a disappointment. The service department did a excellent job in getting us out the door so quick, upon request. Jennifer did a great job with our paperwork and finances. I do recommend Dodd RV, commutations maybe something i would tell someone to take upon themselves, as about the status. I would give the 9 out 10, Dodd could have giving me a water hose or sewer hose. More

New RV purchase I went looking for a new 5th wheel RV and found one that I really liked at Dodds RV in Portsmouth. I have had service work done at Dodds RV location i I went looking for a new 5th wheel RV and found one that I really liked at Dodds RV in Portsmouth. I have had service work done at Dodds RV location in Yorktown and was very happy with the quality of work done. Even though it is a new manufacture Robert was very knowledgable about the features. I had several questions that couldn't be answered at the time but Robert called the manufactures rep and got the answers. Once I decided to make the purchase Jennifer spent a lot of time trying to find the best financing. When I went to take delivery one of their Techs spent time walking around the RV making sure I knew where everything was and how everything worked, he did the same on the inside, each light was turned on, each outlet was identified, he showed me how to operate the multi-zone thermostat, etc. Overall this was the best RV buying experience I've had. I would not have any problem recommending them to anyone. More

Dream come true with an experience to match. Finding the Winebago Outlook on the internet was the beginning of a wonderful experience. The initial time with Christina Bowman was very positive. When showing the unit she answered all my questions and gave my daughter and space to take our time with no pressure. After attending to the financial details she consulted with Jennifer and they both were able to work our a used vehicle policy that assured me of worry free travel.
