Robert Christian introduced us to the Grand Design selection of pull behinds - and boy were we impressed. Impressed with the trailers absolutely, but really impressed with the zero pressure approach that Robert took. He guided us to the product and let us look around without an eagle eye over our shoulder. He was able to answer any and all queries that were posed. Jennifer Dodd Moore was able to offer us a no hassle or haggle trade in deal. This purchase was one of the easiest transactions we have ever made. The warranty information was well explained and the final paperwork was easy to understand and to the penny what we were in the market for - no hidden surprises. David Till, "The Chief", was outstanding during his delivery inspection. He took his time and clearly explained as well as demonstrated how everything on the unit worked. He was also instrumental in securing the towing package. We have dealt with Stacey Stuehm and Wilson Box on multiple occasions when in the need of after market products . At each interaction they have been extremely pleasant as well as professional. Terrific Dealer This was absolutely the best experience we have had purchasing a major product. We were looking for a new fiver to replace our nearly eleven year old This was absolutely the best experience we have had purchasing a major product. We were looking for a new fiver to replace our nearly eleven year old veteran. We researched Grand Design's 2016 303RLS Reflection and had a pretty good handle on features and prices before going to "look". Well, our sales rep (Drew) gave us an offer we could not refuse. No pressure, no hassels. The price was fair and on the low end of what we were expecting. Especially considering the optional features on the trailer. We did not care much for the dinette so they ordered and installed a slightly larger one. Very nice. When we took delivery we had a thorough walk through. The RV had been previously checked out (plumbing, electrical and tanks). The customer service was genuinely friendly and grateful. It was obvious that all the employees were devoted to the dealership. We immediately went camping. On our shake down run everything went smoothly. There were a couple of items that needed correction, the dinette needed to be leveled and there was a very minor leak on the toilet flush arm valve (this would not have been initially apparent). There was also a crack on one of the trim pieces. We called Dodd RV when we arrived home and we took the rig in the next day. Guess what? They fixed everything on the spot while we went shopping in the parts department. Dodd RV has been in business a long time - and it's easy to see why. They treat their customers like family and they stand behind their products. We would gladly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or maintaining an RV. MARK AND LEE MAILANDER More
