Everyone was so friendly and responsive - especially the service rep who did the paperwork and texted me throughout the day with updates. First class all the way. Other dealerships should take a page from your notebook. You made it easy and felt like I was at a first class hotel rather than a car repair shop. Excellent as usual. The mechanic found out my Tiguan had oil leak from the vacuum pump and replaced it with a brand new part. All was covered under the warranty as well! My entire gas tank had to be replaced. Unbelievably, the warranty covered everything: the repairs, the rental car, and even the gas. Sean did great. He was very helpful and professional.
