We purchased a brand new car in March and the dealer couldn’t find the spare key. After two months the spare key was finally delivered. I dropped the car off for 3.5 hours so the key could be programmed couldn’t find the spare key. After two months the spare key was finally delivered. I dropped the car off for 3.5 hours so the key could be programmed. Picked the car and spare key up and the actual spare key was missing, only the plastics piece was ordered. So now I have to wait another two weeks for the actual key to be delivered. Would have been nice if the car was at least washed when I went to pick up. More

Although my Atlas air conditioning system is still a mystery as it is not known where the leak originated, service was considerably efficient- letting me know timeline and worked with my work schedule a mystery as it is not known where the leak originated, service was considerably efficient- letting me know timeline and worked with my work schedule as I’m far away. Stage dealership also arranged a rental car for me as a loaner car was not available. I have yet to bring it back to find out where exactly is the leak to this 2023 Atlas, it is yet to be fixed. More
