Oil sensors/switch went bad stating catastrophic failure even though nothing actually wrong with 2010 VW Touareg TDI....common issue with VW/Audi. Happened early evening, putting car in limp mode. Brought car in very next morning at opening and explained it was my one and only car. Kevin was kind enough to keep car which was fixed over the next two days. Wasn't cheap but final repair was under estimate. I'm very grateful and appreciative. More

I took my car in due to the faulty air conditioner, on numerous occasions. I took it not only at the Walnut Creek location, but also to other VW dealers in different states while traveling, However, the u numerous occasions. I took it not only at the Walnut Creek location, but also to other VW dealers in different states while traveling, However, the unit kept leaking freon, and all they did was put some dye in it to detect the leak, but they would not find the leak each time I took it back. The service representative who helped me was Sean. He was very attentive, and he really listened to my concerns. He ensured the freon leak was finally identified and fixed.
