After diving for 6 hours with a confirmed price that was negotiated before arriving we waited more than 3 hours before we saw the finance person. This was a cash deal. She seemed annoyed that it was a cash sale and was very rude and distracted she left the desk several times as we were trying to pay. I did not get temporary plates and I live out of state. Additionally, the title did not arrive until it was FedExed to me after I called the dealer. This caused me to miss my DMV appointment and I could not get another appointment until April 04. Because we had to wait at the dealer for over 3 hours we had to travel back to NV during rush hour adding another two hours to drive that was already 5 hours long. More

Disappointing that the cost of diagnosis was as much as the repair. It would have made more sense to just replace the parts without diagnosis for $700 rather than pay $1400 for an oil change, diagnosis and the repair. Then, parts were in but no one calls to schedule an appointment. Had to call myself. George reached out to ask about the initial service experience and explained my disappointment due to above. He said he would talk to management and advise if an adjustment could be made. Never heard back from him. Bought to many cars from Dirito to be treated like that. More
