The text service used to communicate with service writers needs a big upgrade. i had used the text service to communicate Friday evening after i had dropped off the vehicle. after speaking with the service w needs a big upgrade. i had used the text service to communicate Friday evening after i had dropped off the vehicle. after speaking with the service writer he said that any questions or change of information that the text number is alright to use. messaged friday evening around 8pm knowing that the vehicle was to be worked on 9am saturday. message wasnt read till after the vehicle service had been completed.
