The service reps that take in your vehicle are very professional and friendly. Marina the service advisor was super, informative, clear, engaging and friendly. I appreciated clear expectations and the level of communication (texts, etc) and her taking the lead on organizing my rides to and from home. Lastly, the cashier lady had an amazing attitude and made me feel welcomed. Many times in the past I've left the dealership feeling as if I was an inconvenience to the staff that day, but in this last visit, I felt seen, heard and welcomed.
