We are very happy with the service we've received from Dirito Brothers. When we got to our appointment yesterday, we were greeted by Sean. Sean took care of us right away. Oil sensors/switch went bad stating catastrophic failure even though nothing actually wrong with 2010 VW Touareg TDI....common issue with VW/Audi. Happened early evening, putting car in limp mode. Brought even though nothing actually wrong with 2010 VW Touareg TDI....common issue with VW/Audi. Happened early evening, putting car in limp mode. Brought car in very next morning at opening and explained it was my one and only car. Kevin was kind enough to keep car which was fixed over the next two days. Wasn't cheap but final repair was under estimate. I'm very grateful and appreciative. More
