I was so impressed with this service center. I called on a Friday with an engine light issue and was able to get in first thing in the am on Monday. Everyone was really nice. After being to multiple types of service centers over the years (Mercedes, Ford, Lexus) and now VW. I'm always leaving a little underwhelmed. Making an appt for 7am but not being seeing until 7:30 is not ide years (Mercedes, Ford, Lexus) and now VW. I'm always leaving a little underwhelmed. Making an appt for 7am but not being seeing until 7:30 is not ideal. I scheduled this to head to work thinking it would be a quick and easy drop, being done close to 7:15am. There was one one service team member around at 7am but multiple cars waiting, Is there no option or request to wash the vehicle? I was surprised the last couple times I have been to this VW that they don't even ask? Overall, I feel like I am intruding/being bothersome when I drop off my vehicle. Not the feeling you want when dealing with a service center. More
