I took my 2015 GTI to Dirito on September 7, 2021 for its 70K service. Kevin has been my service manager for the last seven years and continues to provide excellent advice and service. He is an excellent listener. Importantly, he understands my car well and is able to solve any issues that arise and manage the service that the car needs.
