Dorito Brothers is probably the best Volkswagen dealer in the Bay Area. Especially their service department. The service rep. Sean was communicative and followed through very helpful. Your quality control in Tennessee sucks but you probably know this it’s just that you haven’t addressed it with a letter to people that have bought the car. The car is still on our list. We love it but the stories I hear from other people but they’re nightmare problems worry me I think you should address this in a letter to customers it would make for a good PR Dorito brothers is great.
