I'm very apprehensive dealing with VW dealers based on my prior experience in Santa Cruz and San Jose. I called and expressed my concerns with the service manager Shannon and she immediately put my mind at e prior experience in Santa Cruz and San Jose. I sat patiently in the waiting lounge and noticed other service department customers were having a positive experience as well. Without a doubt the service department at Dirito Brothers VW has no peers. They have set the bar for service excellence. My service was assigned Sean Thomas . Sean is a consummate professional and was able to thoroughly explain the maintenance required for my wife's 2017 Golf R. I'm glad I drove almost 90 miles to Dirito Bros VW. My wife waited 20 minutes to talk to a service advisor. There was an available service advisor that wasn't doing anything. It turns out that service advisor was assigned to our vehicle. Once the car was accepted for service there was no communication as to when the car was ready. The car took longer than we were told and it wasn't until we called that the service advisor finally got back to us. More
