Worst of all was the shuttle service. I called them the day before to make appointment to pick me up at my house the next day at 1245pm, i said its important they are prompt cause i have to pick up my daughter at school on time. I asked if that would be a problem, they said "no'. Next day, i called 2x more that morning to make sure they don't forget i need to be picked up by 1pm lastest. and again, they said no problem. i waited, waited. then at 1pm i decided to call again, and the cashier receptionist said the driver is already on his way. i waited waited waited frantically, then a driver called me directly and said he's just on his way. i said, i thought he was on his way an hour ago. He said he just got back from lunch, and he was just given this assignment at 1:30pm!!! thank god driver was kind enough to take me directly to my daughters school and pick her up first before heading back to the dealer, otherwise i would have been so late picking up my 5yo. the moral of the story is, if prompt pick up is not possible, they should of told me, so i would then ask them to pick me up earlier and just wait at the dealer. More

My little opinion about Diamond Honda I've been with Diamond Honda for almost 15 years, bought 2 new vans from them ,not only because it is located so conveniently but also no matter when I've been with Diamond Honda for almost 15 years, bought 2 new vans from them ,not only because it is located so conveniently but also no matter when I purchase a new car or go to their service there is never a hassle to me. I think they are very proud of their service and product and took to heart my complaints. I truly feel that the service I have received since then has been outstanding. I do not fear any longer that I will need to doubt the service they perform. The issues happened about 3 years ago, but I have been returning for the last 2 years and have been totally satisfied. I will continue to return....as I would recommend others. More

I was referred to Diamond Honda from a friend who'd bought used from them early last year. She also likes their new free pick-up/drop-off service. I was also looking for a used car, something balanced and not too pricey or flashy. A salesman named Kevin Su helped me out and set me up with exactly I was looking for! He was friendly, professional and clear in explaining the dealership's policies (they have a unique Lifetime Powertrain Warranty), as well as the cars themselves. I’m quite pleased with my purchase and the customer service offered here, and will certainly come again. More

Went in to go see about trading in my lexus for a honda.. Worked with a guy name Kevin Su.. He was straight up front and did not waste any time with me and gave me straight up answers. My friend told me about Jeff from Diamond Honda and how he's really professional and nice. We made an appointment but we couldn't make it the first time, he was really nice about it. When we finally got to meet with him, he gave me a very good impression with his polite and friendly attitude. My husband also likes him a lot. The process was long but thanks to Jeff, it went smooth and he is a bridge between the buyer and the seller. He's good at communicating with the customers and his supervisors, and produce a win-win situation. We really appreciate him giving a painless experience and we'll definitely go back to him again.
