I purchased a lease on a 2011 Cadillac CTS and I had an existing lease on a 2007 Chrysler 300 which had 40,000 miles over my leased commitment which I had to turn over into my new purchase. Diamond gave me existing lease on a 2007 Chrysler 300 which had 40,000 miles over my leased commitment which I had to turn over into my new purchase. Diamond gave me the best deal out of 8 other dealerships I had previously visited to try and purchase a new vehicle. Even when I went back to Lawless in Woburn where I originally got the 2007 Chrysler 300 from. They weren't even close to giving the same kind of deal that Diamond gave me. I am very happy with the price and service I received from Diamond but I am most happy with the vehicle I bought and I would strongly recommend the Cadillac CTS top anyone. More
When I decided to purchase a new truck, I looked at many different makes and models. I went to Diamond and found a truck I liked. Joe Donovan came out to assist me. It turned out to not be the package I was looking for, but it was the color red I wanted. Joe showed me some other new trucks to get a better idea of what I was looking for. He informed me that if they didn't have what I wanted, he would be able to find one on the internet for me. He suggested I take a Silverado for a test drive. I did and it did not give me the ride I wanted. Joe then showed me a red 2010 Sierra. I test drove it and liked everything about the truck. We did some paperwork and came up with some numbers I could work with and made the deal happen. The salesmanager and finance manager where also pleasant and very helpful to work with. I would definitely recomend Diamond GMC of Auburn to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The staff there is very friendly, helpful and curteous. First, I would strongly recommend the staff at the GMC dealership to anyone. They were professional and very helpful in accommodating and offering me suggestions that met my needs. I've been driving Chevy vehicles for over 25 years - no one can sell me on Chevy - Im a Chevy guy, period. So getting me the style, color and add-ons is all I need. Diamond Chevrolet service department outright lies about what they will do an what the charges are. My 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt went in for a covered service pertaining to an ECM error present, requiring repr what they will do an what the charges are. My 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt went in for a covered service pertaining to an ECM error present, requiring reprogramming of the ECM in the car that should have been fix for free arrording to a Special Service Bulletin on the 06 Cobalt. Not only did Diamond not do the ECM reprogramming, they charged me $32.99 for less than 5 minutes of work (looking at the car and saying they wouldn't do the reprogramming per the Chevrolet Special Service Bulletin.) Since the service department had my keys I was stuck paying for nothing to get my key back so I can attempt to get a Dealer that is honest to work on my car. More
