I went into dealership to look at new cars with no intent to buy a car and 2 hours later drove out with a new car. Jim did not use any closing pressure tactics and was able to make a deal within my payment to buy a car and 2 hours later drove out with a new car. Both Jim in sales and Ken in financing were professional and accommodating in the sales process. I will return in the future. More
My experience at this dealership was very pleasant. Our salesperson,Darin, was helpfull and above all NOT pushy he listened to what I was looking for and lead us to the chevy malibu which I purchased. When we needed some things to be completed before final paperwork was to be completed he said not a problem and they were completed asap to our satisfaction. Also the fiancial manager Ken Benoit I feel went above and beyond what any dealership has ever done in all the years I've purchased any cars. He called us with, a lower interst rate even after the deal was complete and re-did the deal with a lower rate,how many other places will go back to a customer and help after they have left the building. I am very happy with my purchase and would definately return to this dealership and too the same salesperson. More

I delt with Darren in the Sales Dept. to purchase my new 2011 Silverado Z71. I informed him what I wanted to spend, what I was looking for & within a few hours, he called me back with all the information (t 2011 Silverado Z71. Darren was a straight forward person to talk to & deal with. When I picked my new truck up, it was ready to go (detailed & fueled), all I needed to do was sign papers & drive. NO WAITING at all which was great. I believe all car dealerships should be like this. Diamond Chevrolet & Darren will be getting my business again & I will be passing both names off to family & friends to see them. More

Had a service problem that was caused by this dealership. Caused a huge problem and had to have car towed and repaired at another Cadillac dealership. In trying to get reimbursement it took over 5 calls and 3 stops to even get to talk to the service manager as he was never there, and his voicemail box was always full-but the receptionist was more than happy to transfer me to it. Which she did over and over again for weeks after I brought this problem to him and he said he would get back to me after 2 weeks the longest. Never heard from him at all despite my efforts to reach him and his promise to call me. Called GM customer service to complain and after a few days I received a message that I would be getting a refund in a couple weeks. Received a check a couple weeks later finally. No communication still from this disgustingly awful dealership that counts on the fact that there are enough customers around to give them money so they really don't provide customer service. You can tell in every way from the facilities which are new, but have no new customer friendly amenities. The employees who hardly smile at all or have any enthusiasm. This place fails in every way possible and while it's a hassle to go elsewhere I'll be using this site to help me choose another dealer that's further away from me to deal with in the future. More
My name is Debbie Moss and I live in CT and was attending a wedding in Sturbride, MA on Friday May 6th. I was pulling into the venue and a car was coming out of the parking lot the wrong way. As I swerved to miss it I hit a stone curb and put a huge hole in my tire. My 2011 CTS Coupe does not have a spare so I called Cadillac Roadside Assistance and they sent a tow truck to get the car and bring it to Diamond Cadillac in Auburn, MA. I was quite upset and I called Diamond and spoke with Joel Roy the Service Advisor. He immediately assured me that the service department was open on Saturday until 3:00 pm and he would do everything possible to get me a new tire and get me on way as soon as possible. I called Joel on Saturday morning and he had ordered the new tire for me and told me he would let me know as soon as it arrived. A few hours later he called me again and said the car was all ready to go. I called the local taxi service in Sturbridge but they never answered the phone. I called Joel again and he suggested I call the taxi service in Wocester, Ma. I just want to say that Joel's understanding and kindness made a very stressful situation so much better. I probably won't have an occasion to vist Diamond Cadillac again as I live in Ct. but I just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had due to Joel Roy. Thank you Debbie Moss More

This was my most enjoyable purchase of a fantastic new Cadillac. The staff at Diamond were sincerely friendly and professional. The trade in was also simple and fair based upon the Kelly blue book. I rate this entire experience with Diamond Cadillac as five star, 100% excellent and would recommend them to anyone.
