My car recently broke down and I had to have it towed in to Diamond Chevrolet. When I arrived Adam the service advisor helped me out. He was very polite and understanding of my situation. He told me that th to Diamond Chevrolet. When I arrived Adam the service advisor helped me out. He was very polite and understanding of my situation. He told me that they were very busy but would do his best to get me in right away. He offered to have their driver give me a ride to anywhere locally that I wanted to go but I decided to wait in the waiting room. With in 1 hour he not only had my car in the shop but came up to me with a diagnosis from the mechanic. They were able to fix my car while I waited and also performed a courtesy inspection of all of the safety items on my vehicle. I am so pleased with the service I received from Adam and the dealership that I will be going back for all of my service needs More
Dominic Pingitore goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service to me on a variety of issus I may be having with my vehicles and takes the time to explain everthing to me in laymen terms excellent customer service to me on a variety of issus I may be having with my vehicles and takes the time to explain everthing to me in laymen terms. The quality of work done at this facility is excellent and the price beats local repair shops and I am getting GM products. Other staff working at this location are friendly from the person answering the phone, taking my payment to the shuttle driver dropping me off. With these excellent qualities I am very comfortable sending my family, friends and colleagues to Dom, Brian, Chris and the other staff working there and know they will be treated with kindness and get quality work done for a fair price. I got a call from Darrin telling me that there was a great car that would be perfect for my list of requirements. I made an appt to go down and take a look at it. I secretly fell in love with it the s great car that would be perfect for my list of requirements. I made an appt to go down and take a look at it. I secretly fell in love with it the second I saw it but I wasn't going to let Darrin know it was already mine. It was perfect for us. Test drove it and then the buying dance began. I wanted a monthly payment smaller than what I got but I was willing to accept the price since it wasn't a huge amount higher. Darrin was great to deal with and would love to deal with him each time I bought a car. I'm hoping he has a long term relationship with Diamond! Thanks Darrin!! More

I went into the dealership because my normal mechanic could not fix my car. I did not have an appointment and Chris was very helpful! He got my truck in right away and within one hour I was done! I was having a recurring problem with my Silverado that my local neighborhood mechanic could not fix despite several visits so I called Steve the Service Manager at Diamond and he told me to bring it in. my local neighborhood mechanic could not fix despite several visits so I called Steve the Service Manager at Diamond and he told me to bring it in. I was greeted by a very friendly staff, offered a coffee and the advisor explained to me what they were going to do to try to find the problem. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was told that they had found the problem and was told exactly how much it would be to repair (which was actually less than I had already paid the other mechanic in town). It took about another hour which was fine, I waited in their waiting area where they have TV's and read a book. The car was brought back to me and had been repaired and the advisor took time to explain the problem to me and what had been done on the car. I was reluctant to go to a dealer but found this to be a refreshing experience and I am very comfortable recommending this dealership for service, they were beyond accommodating, honest and explained everything they had done. The advisor explained there were some other things that may need to be fixed down the road but said it was not anything that needed to be done right away. Most dealers try to suck you in and sell you all kinds of stuff you done need but that was not the case with Diamond. Give them a shot, I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and the hgih degree of ethics they work within. More
I recently brought my vehicle to the service department in Auburn for the first time. I have been to many other dealers in the area and always felt service was sub-standard. Bought my Buick Lacrosse Special Edition at the dealership. Quality of work has always been good up to this point. Brought vehicle in for suspension noices and a check engine light. Up to this poin dealership. Quality of work has always been good up to this point. Brought vehicle in for suspension noices and a check engine light. Up to this point everything good. Joel from Service desk called gave me estimate and got ok to fix sway bars. Now comes the fun part... Joel calls indicates work just about complete. They replaced gas cap and a warranty covered emission part {Purge Solenoid) . There's a little labor for gas cap because technician had to tinker with it to determine it had to be replaced. Ok, I figured, tinker maybe 5 - 10 bucks labor. Picked up the car later in the day as they were getting ready to close. Pay bill and drive away. Stop for gas and a car wash then look at payment slip. I notice they didn't leave the Gas Gap I had just bought a few days back from the local auto parts store. I check car and call the service desk as they are closing. They find the gas cap in the trash at the service bay. Then afterwards I see it, MORE THEN THIRTY DOLLARS LABOR FOR GAS CAP!!!! I call back to a recording. This morning I go to retrieve gas cap and try to get back the labor charge. Service Manager Steve comes out to talk to me. Of course outside of reception area into drop off bay. Begins to explain that there was diagnostic time. I said the mechanic tinkered with the cap for more then a half hour. He says "You don't understand, one code cleared then they have to find the other" . I said thirty dollars labor for the gas cap your crazy. He still trys to sell me the diagnostic bit. I say the diagnostic should be eaten on the warrenty service. He doesn't budge, I Have to charge you the labor, there's nothing I can do! Last line he says is you should go after after store you bought gas cap from for the labor! We will see, Just cleaned soda off the new gas cap they tossed and put it back on. Figure the code should come on right away it actually caused a problem. Other funny thing I should mention is that before I replaced the original cap the diagnostics told me to check the cap. Getting ready now to take a ride to see what occurs. Will report back. Ether way code or no code, You spend more then Thrity Thousand for a vehicle at a dealership and then they pull something like this related to GAS CAP service. No wonder the service center hours in Worcester are being cut back! I imagine they are bringing that crew to Auburn. The Service Desk was not the individuals I dealt with in the past. Good Luck Steve! ChooseDiamond, NOT!! For Service!! Here's the update ===>> Drive to the bank, next town over around 5 miles each way. After Market Gas Cap On. NO CHECK ENGINE CODES, NO GAS CAP MESSAGES. Stop and Start Engine no code. I'm sure it must not be under the exact conditions as when the car was in the service bay! .... I imagine mechanic played with gas cap (if labor was performed) before getting to the real problem which was the solenoid. Gas Cap been on for days. No diagnostics messages at all! Hope Mr. Massad reads these as his service department just lost a repeat customer that will not go to this dealership for sales and service again.
