As a contractor, having purchased several new and used trucks from Diamond over the years, I've always been treated well, and any problems (which have been few and far between) have been taken care of qui trucks from Diamond over the years, I've always been treated well, and any problems (which have been few and far between) have been taken care of quickly and without question, and most importantly, without causing me any downtime as it relates to my business. Except for one used vehicle, I've dealt with Jay Henry and have always gotten what I feel to be an excellent deal, and after the fact, in chatting with people who have shopped elsewhere, found that to be true. The sales men (Bill Fernald and Brian Decot) lie, and when you catch them in one of there lies, then they swear at you! They tried to sell me a new truck that was in an accident. When I found out about it they offered to delete there outargues documentary fee of $489. At time of delivery owner/ manager Kevin told me I had no choose but to pay there documentary fee and if not, he sell the repainted truck as new to someone else. When I told him that was wrong he stated they do it all the time and to "F" off. I told him I'd call corporate in Detroit and he said they can "F" off too! "We are an independent dealership and we do what we want". Needless to say I bought else were. If your looking for a new Chevy go to Dillon Chevrolet in Greenfield, MA they sell at invoice no haggling and there doc fee is only $100. Best buy experience ever!!! As for Diamond Auto STAY AWAY!!! My business normally buys a new vehicle every few years and I never been to such a shady dealership as Diamond. They are lying crooks. More
No Customer Sat, will do anything for the sale and never provide anything afterward. Bring car for repair and it is never fixed the first time. No detail. Never enough people staffed in Service. They are supposed to give their customers a shuttle home from warranty service and pick them up to pick up the car. They don't pick up, GM Chevy told me of their process. Bad Service More
my 2009 silverado with 3000 miles was towed in after having motor trouble on the mass pike, the service writer was nice and helped me to get a rental, they found a very serious problem with the motor an having motor trouble on the mass pike, the service writer was nice and helped me to get a rental, they found a very serious problem with the motor and had to have it rebuilt and major parts replaced, when i went to pick up my truck they had test drove it for 1 mile, yes 1 mile after rebuilding the motor, then i heard a rattling in the engine compartment and found they had left tools in my engine bay. 4 days later i experienced the same problem why it was originally towed in and they broke a sparkplug while rebuilding the motor which cause me to sit on the side of the highway for 1.5 hours. Seems like they have an unqualified service dept / techs working on $40k + vehicles and they lack the attention to detail needed to get the job done correctly More

Very positive experience for us. The nicest of all the dealers. And the sales process was relaxed and NOT high pressure.
