I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience when buying a new car. I ordered a 2011 Chevy Tahoe but was having a real difficult time deciding on the color. For such an expensive vehicle, many of the colors are not very exciting. In other words, you can't walk away fr difficult time deciding on the color. For such an expensive vehicle, many of the colors are not very exciting. In other words, you can't walk away from the vehicle saying "wow", what a beautiful color. As a result, I started off ordering Red Jewel Tintcoat (premium paint color). I decided that would be too flashy so I changed to Silver Metalic. When I saw a Tahoe in that color, it was way too plain. I then changed the order to Gold Metalic Mist. That looked better when it came in but it still was very plain for such an expensive vehicle. I finally had Jay Henry locate a Red Jewel Tintcoat Tahoe and finally closed the deal. I'm sure other customers can't be as undecided as I was (for the reasons stated above) but not once did anyone say "your kidding?" when I changed the color again. Finally, Diamond's new facility in Auburn (quite close to where I live) is beautiful and very inviting for customers. I finished up all the paperwork with Diamond's Business Manager (Bob Zalanski) who was very helpful while going through all the piles of paperwork, including the info about an extended warranty. I am very pleased with the final outcome of my experience with Diamond and will certainly pass on that reaction to anyone who might ask about my experience with Diamond. More
This was a horrible experience. I saw a car for about $9,000 and somehow they jacked up the price to $14,000 without explaining any of the extra prices to me. I purchased a Cadillac CTS4 from this dealership... They were very professional and helpful explaing all details of the vehicle and specifications. They also answered all my questions about the vehicle in detail yet simple enough so I understood. As well they made sure that I understood all workings within the automaoble before i left the dealership. I especially liked the fact that they were NOT pushy or did not give any pressure within the sales process. Just professional and helpful. During the financiang process they also handled all my questions and I did very little to get this transaction completed. This is a huge factor in my overall rating and recommendation to freinds, etc. I am busy with my own business and don't have time nor the energy and my expectations were met in every way Mick ElGhoul and the entire staff at this dealership. I went in to return a GMC lease and found the staff and show room to be so comfortable & friendly I decided to look for another purchase, within a few hours later I drove off in a new Buick regal. Nikhol was very knowlegable about the Acadia and I felt no sales pressure at all. I've purchased over 20 vehicles for my company over the last 10 years and this was the first time I didn't need to negotia no sales pressure at all. After an initial visit while looking for both a new personal vehicle and a new GM dealership to service my 25 unit GMC vehicle fleet, I made an appointment for a second visit during which I discussed t personal vehicle and a new GM dealership to service my 25 unit GMC vehicle fleet, I made an appointment for a second visit during which I discussed terms and and conditions for both projects. After being met on the curb by service who whisked away my company vehicle for a service visit - escorted into the GMs office for discussion of my fleet affairs - and a subsequent negotiation with a senior salesman . . . this second visit ended with my buying another GMC product and establishing a maintenance agreement for my fleet. Although early, I expect that this initial experience and high level of service and professionalism will prove to be the norm. Scott C.
