Joe Brown was great. He did everything possible to get me a car that I was looking for. He didn't try to make a higher sale just for the money. He knew what I wanted to spend, and kept me in that price range a car that I was looking for. He didn't try to make a higher sale just for the money. My husband, children, and I stopped in and intended on casually looking at some Toyota vehicles. Justin met up with us right away and was very interested in know exactly what we wanted and didnt want in a casually looking at some Toyota vehicles. He was not PUSHY, which is a big turn-off for me, but instead seemed very sincere about meeting our families needs. I recommend Justin and the team that worked with us to get us our vehicle. I enjoyed working with Bobby. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful. Matt was great! He was patient, explained everything in detail while I was working on the process. He was able to make the entire process including all the paperwork so simple. March 24th my husband was looking for a vehicle and I decided to go with him because he has a tendency to be a cheapskate. He knew Nick from High School and felt that he would not try to sell us a car th decided to go with him because he has a tendency to be a cheapskate. He knew Nick from High School and felt that he would not try to sell us a car that he would not drive himself. After a couple hours I had found a very nice, clean, comfortable used Honda that seemed to be perfect. Well after a day or 2 the car started to make some noise in the rear and had problems starting so I called Nick to see what Toyota could do. He suggested a few things and if that didn’t work call him back. Well I tried the things he had suggested and they didn’t work so he said to bring it in and they will take a look at it. One problem was with starting on cold days, it would not start and the other was some noise in the rear when stepping on the brakes and sometimes the noise would do it even when driving. Well Toyota looked at it and fixed the problem in the rear, with no cost to myself even though I had already signed on the dotted line and paid for the car. The starting problem they could not find what was causing it not to start. Well after a few cold days and 20+ inches of snow it didn’t start again. I contacted Nick again and he took the time to come get the car, get it fixed again and bring it back to me at my place of work and again with no cost to myself. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service I have received from Nick Jacobs and Toyota of the Black Hills, they went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional purchasing experience before and after signing on the dotted line. I would highly recommend Nick and Toyota to anyone for their next vehicle purchase. My husband has already told Nick that he would only buy his next car from him. On a side note the new store needs some personal touch to it as it is plain and missing a kids area. More

Joe Brown was thorough in his description of the attributes of the Rav4 and thorough in his explanation of the various information we needed to know about the vehicle after we leased it. We were given a fair price for our Malibu. We've bought a number of new cars but never a Toyota, and this was one of our best experiences with a dealership. We love the car! I recently traded in a vehicle I previously purchased there last year, and leased a new Tundra. I would have never considered leasing, but Cory did an outstanding job at explaining all the benefits of a lease in detail, which made me comfortable in my decision to go ahead with it. Every employee is very friendly and helpful if I have any questions. I have really enjoyed doing business with Toyota of the Black Hills, and will continue to do so in the future. More
I have never really liked buying a new car. Having to venture to the dealership, and always feel like the salesman is hiding something. This was a great experience. From the get go, Bobby was a no pressure, take your time, well get you a great deal kinda guy. He did just that! This is truly the best dealership I have ever purchased from, and highly recommend Bobby to anyone who needs new wheels, whether new or used. The finance department went above and beyond to help me out with some logistical issues with a business trip I needed to go on, and they take the time to truly make customers for life. More
Corey Fisher is with out a doubt the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was respectful, quick , not pushy and made me feel like I was part of Toyota. not only Cory but everyone i came in contact w have ever dealt with.
