We have been using the Toyota service department since our 1st Prius, in 2008. We have always received exemplary care from Les and the other employees. Although they must hear the same questions, over & over, everyone makes me feel that my question is important. They explain what is needed, how it will be fixed and any items that may help keep it from happening in the future. This is the main reason our family has kept using their service department. It is also why we recommend the dealership to our family & friends. If you don't want to have your new/used vehicle serviced at the same place you bought it, why buy it there?? More

I have been loyal Toyota customer for over 20 years. My 1992 Toyota Corolla All-Track Wagon has been serviced there forever. At 189,000 miles, it would have been a costly repair. Nick Carter the Service Manager was very thorough and assisted me and connected me with Nick Jacobs who was wonderful and found a car for me. I think the service at Toyota of the Black Hills and top rate. I came in to talk about the service needed for my vehicle and 3 hours later without a lot of hassel, I had a new car, the car loan completed. All I had to do was drive my new vehicle off the lot. I appreciate all the staff's efforts to make it so easy for me. More

I went to Toyota of the Black Hills when considering a new Toyota Tundra purchase. Joel knows his products and always answered my questions in the utmost professional and knowledgeable manner. He helped me choose the options available and initiated a 2013 Tundra "build" for me.
