The best I have ever experienced Very spontaneously, we walked into the Acura dealership in Delray Beach, Fl. And was greeted by Ron Hirsch sales rep. I really was lucky since he was Very spontaneously, we walked into the Acura dealership in Delray Beach, Fl. And was greeted by Ron Hirsch sales rep. I really was lucky since he was the most professional, pleasant and cooperative sales person that I have met in many years. It was the fastest deal that I ever made purchasing a car. We looked, test drive he gave me figures and had the exact color combination. We left had lunch returned signed and drove home. HAPPY! I also want to send kudos to Dan Antinoro, for helping to seal the deal. Just as a comparison, I had been two 3 other car dealers ( not Acura )in the past few months. This is how you do business? I have been going to this dealership to have my car serviced for many years now. Today was my last visit to them. I have been trying for over a month I have been going to this dealership to have my car serviced for many years now. Today was my last visit to them. I have been trying for over a month to get an appointment for an oil change....yes over a month. It was one excuse after another. New receptionist, new service techs, new computers systems. Well after securing an appointment with them I went today and waited the standard hour. At the end of the hour when I was paged I went to the desk to be asked to go to service. I went to the service receptionist, who looked like she was in complete la la land, and told her my name. She asked me if I worked there. When I told her no you have my car and I was paged to come over here she had no response....literally looked at me like she had no clue what I said. I said, excuse me where should I go, I've been paged. I was then asked to speak to 'this guy' that's how I was introduced.... I was then asked why I was in. Are you kidding? I'd been here for a hour and you haven't even started to do my oil change? He said that it said oil change but he wasn't sure why I was in. When I saw my car had been moved only 5 feet from where I dropped it off I had had enough. I asked for my keys, asked if this is how they were going to do business. I was answered with the worst way possible 'I'm sorry you feel that way' obviously my business is not important. I will be going to napleton Acura going forward. I did work with Ron on the sales lot. He was very friendly and I would have bought from him but his service team cost him a sale. More

I always buy cars by using the web to solicit bids from 4-5 Acura dealers but in this case we felt really comfortable and after a very short negotiation came to a very good price. We requested a color combination that was not readily available but Ron and Dan, the Sales Manager, pledged to get us the car. They worked diligently to get us the car which they did in a 6 cylinder versus the 4 that we originally wanted and Ron and Dan came back with a very fair price that we quickly agreed on and we picked up our car a few days later. Absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The finance Director Fred had us in and out in under 7 minutes as well. More

At no point did I feel pushed or rushed and unlike some car experiences I've had in the past, the process did not take an eternity. Everything moved smoothly from one step to the next. Good people. The price on the car (after some mild haggling) was about impossible to beat (we have family in the car business in another state and the price they gave was matched by Delray Acura). Our RDX had to be delivered and it arrived on time. The ONLY nit I have is, please lay off the supplemental service pitch. Sitting in a windowless room and listening to someone I just met pull out a list of scare graphs about the horrors of uncovered service costs isn't fun. And basically, these plans are profit streams-- not at all necessary (see Consumer Reports). As my wife says, "He's just doing his job." Yes, but this is an Acura Dealership, not Yugo. Hyundai and Acura are as reliable a machine as you will find. Extra service "insurance" ain't worth it. BTW, Quality of Work left blank since this is a new car. More

They were honest, candid, knowledgeable, helpful, and treated me with respect. The "signing party" was completed professionally and quickly....no last minute changes, no "forgotten items", no additional charges, no pressure to add unneeded extras, and no "little room". This is a high class place with demonstrated integrity. Like I said, it was my best car buying experience ever. I expect my MDX to last a long time. When my second car needs to be replaced, Delray Acura will be my first stop.....it should be yours, too. More
