Richard Stern, our sales representative, was well-versed on product details, was considerate of We bought a new Acura MDX with a technology package. Richard Stern, our sales representative, was well-versed on product details, was considerate of my physical disability, efficient in getting us information, and in arranging for the trade-in of our 2005 Acura MDX against our new purchase. Mr. Stern explained patiently the technology of the car, accompanied us on a test drive and established a relationship with conversation about family and common experiences. The transfer of the new car to us went smoothly, with Mr. Stern's assistance in explaining and setting up the phone and XM radio, the emergency link, the heating system, the steering, etc. We have been dealing with Delray Acura for 7 years as we brought our 2005 MDX in for service. We will continue to deal with Delray Acura for our future needs. More

Easiest Experience buying a car ever. I visited this Dealership a month ago to test drive the Acura MDX. I left that night thinking about how nice and non pushy the salesman was. Truthfully, it is what brought me back there today. Norm is great human being. I have never had a deal go so smooth and I am sure he got me on price a little as I was shocked I didn't really fight too hard. I have purchased the MDX from Delray Acura and Norm was the huge reason why. Thank you Norm for a great experience. George More
Bill Mitchell is knowledgeable and professional. Bill Mitchell was a pleasure to deal with. If my husband and I had only dealt with him, our overall experience would have been a 5. We were leased an MDX, and wished to turn in our RDX after purchasing our previous lease. A 2011 RDX that had a mere 22,000 miles, 4 brand new tires less than 2 months old, and a brand new battery less than 2weeks old. The car was spotless inside and out, with only a tiny "door ding" on the right rear. We had a Car Max offer to buy for $20,000. Delray Acura said they would match, less 6%. When we said that we would sell to Car Max would have to come back later in the week to get the MDX because it was a bank holiday, Bill was OK with it. He understood that $1200 is a lot of money to throw away to most people. His sales manager who was trying to push us to complete the deal that day walked out of the room and threw up his hand and exclaimed "UNBELIEVABLE!" I didn't catch the man's name, but his behavior upset us to the point of almost not completing the deal. We respected Bill enough to finish the deal and keep our mouths shut for his sake, but we certainly felt disrespected by the sales manager. Completing the deal with Car Max was a very pleasant experience, and only took less time than driving back to pick up our MDX 2 days later. Since neither my husband nor I earn $1200 per hour, the extra time it took to sell the RDX to Car Max made sense. The sales manager should have either fully honored our CarMax offer or respected our choice to save $1200. He gets a zero rating from us! Bill Mitchell gets a 5. More
