Excellent Customer Service While having my 2015 RDX serviced I was informed that I should not be driving it because of the airbag recall. Gina in the service department gave me all the options which included Acura paying for a rental car for the aprox 3-4 months that it would be off the road. She even arranged for the rental company to call me when my choice of rentals was available. After discussing the situation with my husband and doing the numbers of still paying on my car while it sat and depreciated I decided to speak with my sales rep, Ron Hirsch. I purchased the 2015 from Ron and prior to that a 2003 TL from someone else. Ron understood my concerns and was able to facilitate my trading in the 2015 RDX and driving out with a 2017 RDX within a couple of hours. His advice and concern for safety was excellent. I recommend him highly. More
