Having returned to Acura after a few years with the other guys, was nice to see that their technology had improved and and was on par and better than other domestic and foreign luxury brands. The purchase dance was a bit longer than my tolerance level, I had to call time out end our negotiations. While collecting my thoughts at home, Andrew called back to ask if he had done something wrong. He was more than helpful over the phone to explain the final negotiated numbers. Long day but was comfortable with my purchase and happy to be a new Acura RDX owner. Andrew even gave a few good tips that were new to me after 51 years of driving. After he answered my questions I told him about the car I found on the lot and after a short test drive we got down to business. Eric was extremely professional and made the whole process go by without a hitch. I was originally going to leave over $76 but felt as though Eric worked hard enough to gain my business. Zero pressure One Sunday I arrived at Delrsy Acura to look at the MDX. I was approached by Ron Hirsh and after telling him that I was about six week out from needin One Sunday I arrived at Delrsy Acura to look at the MDX. I was approached by Ron Hirsh and after telling him that I was about six week out from needing a new car he was very eager to show the MDX to us and go on a test drive. When we returned he just said when we were ready he would more than ready to help us. So I asked Ron what the lease payment would be and after a few minutes he gave me a number which was right on target. Five weeks later after driving many cars and getting the run around from just about every sales guy I called Ron and asked if the number stood , it did and the rest is history.
