I took my Highlander in for Service to get just an oil change and filter. Mid day I received a video with all of the wheels off and then a summary telling me major repairs were needed like front and rea change and filter. I had just put on 4 new tires a month early. I never authorized the inspection. Plus a Del sticker was placed on my car even though I did not buy from them. No permission to add a sticker to my car.
